We know that when you are an employer not everyone will login into their learning portal every month. At HealthStaffEd you only pay for the users that actually login for that calendar month.
For example, you have 1200 employees. You estimate that only 500 employees will login every month. You pay for our Emerald plan up to 500 users.
Active users include those users invited to a Live Learning event or assigned or in a current Learning Pathway.
What happens if I have more active users than I expected and we exceed our plan?
HealthStaffEd will never cut you off or any of your users for exceeding the user limit.
When you exceed your plan, we will contact you to discuss it. It may be a one off situation and you just continue with your current plan. If it is a regular thing – Great! It means you are engaging more of your team in learning and improving their skills and quality outcomes! When this happens we will discuss upgrading your plan.
What is included in the price?

What extra costs are there?
At HealthStaffEd we don’t believe in hidden costs. You get exactly what we say for no additional fees. There may be additional fees for custom APIs for integrations and these are kept to a minimum. We will not charge additional fees for helpdesk services or training – even when you have new administrators come on board – we will provide this service free of charge.
When and how do we pay?
Our prices are based on annual plans that you can pay annually or monthly. What this means is that you purchase a one year subscription based on the plan you choose and pay upfront or in monthly instalments.
Can we change our plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan any time during the year. You can downgrade your plan on your annual anniversary date.
Can we have a free trial?
Yes. We want you to experience all the benefits of HealthStaffEd’s Sling LMS before you commit to buy. There is no obligation, no payment and no credit details required. We will provide you with an overview of the system and support to get going. If you decide to upgrade to a plan all your data is retained.

HealthStaffEd operates a helpdesk during business hours. You and your team members can contact our helpdesk anytime at helpdesk@healthstaffed.com.au
We believe that your success is our success. We want you to get the most out of our Sling LMS and module library. For this reason we provide full onboarding support to all our clients. There is no charge for this service and no limit to how many administrators you would like trained.
